Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. Attention to detail and adaptability are essential as the engineer refines application features and optimizes performance to support seamless business operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
• Experience in integrating business process management with software solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues effectively.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Pega Platform.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
