Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components and applications. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Cloud.
• Strong experience in developing and enhancing custom software components using cloud-based technologies.
• Ability to work with modern development frameworks and agile methodologies.
• Skilled in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software performance.
• Experience in integrating software solutions across multiple systems and platforms.
• Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Cloud.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
