Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies, ensuring that the solutions you develop are scalable and perform efficiently. Your work supports specific business requirements, contributing to the overall success and adaptability of the technology landscape within the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software components.
• Continuously update knowledge on emerging technologies and best practices to enhance software development processes.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and modern web development frameworks.
• Experience in developing responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
• Skilled in debugging, testing, and optimizing software components for performance and scalability.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
