Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that meet unique business requirements. The role includes coding and enhancing various components within systems or applications, ensuring they are scalable and perform efficiently. Collaboration with cross-functional teams and adapting to agile methodologies are integral parts of the daily workflow, enabling continuous improvement and timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices within the team to improve software quality and delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
• Experience in building RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong knowledge of Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
• Familiarity with database integration and query optimization techniques.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
