Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Assist in documenting application designs and configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Strong knowledge of application design principles and configuration techniques within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience in customizing and extending Salesforce applications to meet complex business needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application development and deployment.
• Familiarity with integration methods and tools to connect Salesforce applications with external systems.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
