Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in iterative development cycles using contemporary frameworks and agile methodologies to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Collaboration and continuous refinement are key aspects of your role, as you work to enhance system performance and functionality in a dynamic environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance software quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and ensure alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
• Strong knowledge of data integration, transformation, and migration techniques within enterprise environments.
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable data workflows and pipelines.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data processing jobs for performance and reliability.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile project management practices.
• Competence in collaborating with cross-functional teams to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BusinessObjects Data Services.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
