Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various business requirements and designing solutions that align with client needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the broader system. Time is also dedicated to maintaining existing applications, implementing enhancements, and collaborating with team members to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet project goals and client expectations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
• Document technical specifications and maintain clear records of development activities.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues.
• Experience in software development lifecycle including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to work with various development tools and environments related to SAP FSCM TRM.
• Good understanding of integration techniques and data flow within enterprise applications.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP FSCM Treasury and Risk Management (TRM).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
