Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the initiative to design, develop, and configure software applications tailored to meet project requirements. This role requires acting as the main liaison for project stakeholders, coordinating efforts across various teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery. The position demands a proactive approach to managing project timelines and resources while continuously adapting to evolving project needs and challenges. Collaboration and communication are key components throughout the day, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to quality standards within the team.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring to support the growth and development of team members.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Pega Platform.
• Strong experience in application design and configuration using Pega Platform.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the Pega environment.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Pega Platform.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
