Collaboration with stakeholders to understand evolving needs and delivering high-quality solutions that align with organizational goals is a key part of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Continuously improve software components by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing effective solutions.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, Mainframe-adjacent (VM3/VPARS helpful), container/image registry, Ansible, infrastructure automation, RDMA
• Hands on experience with GoLang : Mandatory.
• Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Familiarity with back-end development including RESTful services and database integration.
• Understanding of agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
