• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and resolve technical challenges within projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding them through technical tasks.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and technical implementations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• Experience with data pipeline development and optimization within cloud environments.
• Strong understanding of distributed computing concepts and big data processing.
• Ability to design scalable and maintainable software solutions using modern development practices.
• Familiarity with data integration, transformation, and analytics workflows.
• Competence in troubleshooting and performance tuning of data applications. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Databricks Unified Data Analytics Platform.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
