Continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to adapt to evolving business demands are also key aspects of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
• Ensure the quality and performance of applications through thorough testing and validation.
• Document application designs and configurations to support maintenance and future enhancements.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities CRM.
• Experience in customizing and configuring SAP for Utilities CRM modules to meet business needs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP for Utilities CRM.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
