• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and performance.
• Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll.
• Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design, code, and test custom software components effectively.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs within enterprise environments.
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve software issues efficiently.
• Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Additional Information:
