Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that integrate seamlessly across various systems and applications. The role requires continuous collaboration with different teams to enhance existing components and build new functionalities. Utilizing modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, the engineer ensures that the software solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with evolving business requirements. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and innovation to meet the dynamic needs of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the implementation of best practices to improve software quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment of project goals and technical standards.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• Experience with integration patterns and middleware technologies related to cloud platforms.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement scalable integration solutions across diverse systems.
• Familiarity with API management, event-driven architectures, and data transformation techniques.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
