Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in application design and development.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment of software solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Oracle HCM Cloud Core HR.
• Strong expertise in application design and configuration within human capital management systems.
• Experience in integrating complex business processes into software applications.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across multiple platforms.
• Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to deliver scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
