Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will engage in the design, construction, and configuration of applications tailored to meet specific business processes and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing software solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to deliver high-quality software products that align with organizational goals and user needs.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Assist in the documentation of software specifications and design processes.
• Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and methodologies.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Selenium.
• Strong understanding of automated testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Experience with test case design and execution.
• Familiarity with programming languages such as Java or Python.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software defects efficiently.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Selenium.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
