Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various client requirements and designing effective solutions to meet those needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software, ensuring that each part functions seamlessly within the overall system. Additionally, the position requires ongoing maintenance and enhancement of existing applications, adapting to evolving client demands and technological advancements. Collaboration with different teams and stakeholders is a key aspect, fostering a dynamic environment where continuous improvement and problem-solving are integral to daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• Experience with cloud infrastructure management and deployment using Amazon Web Services.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management in cloud environments.
• Ability to design scalable and secure cloud-based solutions.
• Familiarity with automation tools and scripting for cloud resource management.
• Knowledge of monitoring and troubleshooting cloud applications to ensure high availability.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Amazon Web Services (AWS).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
