Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education is required. Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing and developing tailored software solutions that enhance various system components. The role requires engaging in coding activities, refining existing applications, and collaborating within an agile environment to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. The work focuses on addressing specific business requirements by creating innovative and high-performing solutions that integrate seamlessly across different platforms and applications. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuously improve software quality by identifying issues and implementing effective fixes.
• Document development processes and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• Experience with SAP GRC modules and their integration within enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of risk management and compliance frameworks as they relate to software solutions.
• Ability to develop and customize SAP GRC workflows and reports to meet organizational requirements.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies in the context of SAP GRC implementations. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Governance Risk and Compliance (SAP GRC).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
