Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring the successful implementation of projects. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, providing guidance and support to your team members while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality software solutions that meet client needs. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team skills and capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with back-end frameworks like Spring or Hibernate.
• Familiarity with database management systems, including SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Ability to implement RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
