The engineer acts as the main liaison, managing communication and progress updates while overseeing the technical aspects of the project to deliver high-quality results within established timelines. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for software implementation.
- Ensure the applications are designed and configured to align with business needs and technical standards.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and project understanding.
- Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability through proactive troubleshooting and optimization. Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- Experience with integration of contact center solutions with existing enterprise systems.
- Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and best practices in application configuration.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with communication protocols and technologies used in contact center environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail in software design and implementation. Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
