This role requires taking ownership of the development process and serving as the main liaison for project-related communications. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of tailored software solutions, while continuously overseeing the progress and quality of the applications being developed. The role is dynamic and involves problem-solving, decision-making, and guiding the project through its lifecycle to meet client and organizational objectives. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of project tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Facilitate effective communication between cross-functional teams to align project goals.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and software quality. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
• Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Experience with application servers and deployment of enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with relational databases and writing efficient queries.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in software applications.
• Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
