This role requires taking ownership of the project deliverables and serving as the main liaison for stakeholders. The position demands proactive engagement in understanding requirements, coordinating with various teams, and ensuring that the solutions align with business needs. The engineer will oversee the entire lifecycle of application development, from initial concept through deployment, while maintaining clear communication and collaboration with all involved parties to drive successful project outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom application development.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality software components by following best practices and coding standards.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user experience. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Experience in developing responsive and scalable user interfaces using modern web technologies.
• Strong understanding of component-based architecture and event-driven programming.
• Ability to integrate Salesforce applications with external systems through APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with debugging, testing, and deploying applications within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows. Additional Information:
