• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of development processes and configurations.
• Assist in identifying opportunities for process improvements and automation within projects.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with email marketing automation and campaign management within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Knowledge of data segmentation and personalization techniques to enhance customer engagement.
• Familiarity with integrating Salesforce Marketing Cloud with other platforms and data sources.
• Ability to troubleshoot and optimize marketing cloud solutions for performance and scalability.
• Understanding of scripting languages and APIs relevant to Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Additional Information

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
