Throughout the day, the engineer balances technical development tasks with problem-solving activities to enhance application performance and reliability. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Maintain and update existing applications to improve functionality and user experience.
• Document technical specifications and application configurations to support future maintenance and upgrades.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
• Experience with integration design patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday.
• Strong understanding of application configuration and customization within enterprise environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
• Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques in integration scenarios. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
