Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. The role requires working closely with team members to apply modern development frameworks and agile methodologies, ensuring that the delivered solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with the unique requirements of the business. This position demands continuous collaboration and innovation to meet evolving project goals and maintain high performance across software products. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Integrate security scanning into CI/CD pipelines — container image scanning, SAST, dependency scanning
• Implement secrets management in pipelines — GitLab Secrets, AWS Secrets Manager, or Vault
• Own DoD security gate criteria — security scans as a mandatory quality gate
• Align with WS4 (Security & Compliance) on policy-as-code and guardrail enforcement Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in DevSecOps.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with GitLab CI/CD, AWS Administration, CICD pipelines, GitOps, IaC, GitLab, Crossplane
• Strong understanding of continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
• Experience with infrastructure as code and automated security testing.
• Familiarity with containerization technologies and orchestration tools.
• Ability to monitor and optimize system performance and security. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in DevSecOps.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
