Summary We are seeking an experienced Siebel Developer to design, develop and maintain Siebel CRM applications to meet the business needs of our organization. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Siebel configuration, scripting, workflows, EAI, and performance optimization. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions, seamless integration and optimal performance of CRM systems, leveraging Agile methodologies. Roles & Responsibilities / Technical Skills Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Siebel configuration/EAI and provide technical leadership to the team. Design, develop, enhance, and maintain Siebel customizations independently. Hands-on experience in developing and customizing: Customize and configure Siebel Applets, Views, Business Components, Business Objects, Task Based UI and Runtime Events. Develop and maintain eScript and VB scripts to extend application functionality. Design, implement, and optimize Siebel workflows for business process automation. Configure Integration Objects, Workflows , Business Service and Data Maps. Strong hands-on experience with Siebel IP19 or higher. Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL for backend queries. Implement custom validations, business rules, and user interactions. Design and implement integrations with external applications using: REST APIs (Mandatory) SOAP Web Services EAI JMS/MQ (Good to Have) Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable CRM solutions. Perform technical design, code reviews, troubleshooting, performance optimization, and production support activities. Mentor junior developers and contribute to development best practices. Soft Skills (Must have) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work independently and mentor team members. Strong documentation and technical design capabilities. Proactive and customer-focused mindset.

Additional Information Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Siebel Configuration, scripting , workflows and EAI. Position is based in Bengaluru. 15 years of full-time education is required.
