• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand complex requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and maintain high standards of software development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter.
• Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement scalable software architectures.
• Expertise in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing software performance.
• Familiarity with integration of custom solutions within enterprise environments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
