Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. The workday includes collaborating with various stakeholders to understand application demands, iterating on designs, and refining configurations to optimize performance and usability. The role demands adaptability and creativity to develop software that effectively supports business operations while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity and mutual understanding.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services.
• Experience in designing scalable cloud-based analytics solutions.
• Strong knowledge of data integration and transformation techniques within cloud environments.
• Ability to optimize performance and troubleshoot complex analytics workflows.
• Familiarity with security best practices and compliance standards in cloud analytics.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Analytics Services.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
