Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will develop custom software solutions that involve designing, coding, and enhancing components across various systems or applications. Your typical day will include collaborating with cross-functional teams, utilizing modern frameworks, and applying agile practices to deliver scalable and high-performing solutions that are tailored to meet specific business needs. You will engage in problem-solving and innovation to ensure that the software solutions align with the strategic goals of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expertise in leading and overseeing the development of applications using the Mendix platform.
• Lead the Mendix development team, providing technical guidance, coaching, and support. Ensure that the team follows best practices and adheres to project timelines and quality standards.
• Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand application requirements, scope, and objectives. Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for the Mendix development team.
• Design scalable and maintainable solutions using the Mendix platform, considering application architecture, data modeling, security, and integration points.
• Take an active role in developing Mendix applications, both as a hands-on developer and as a mentor to junior team members. Utilize Mendix's low-code capabilities to build and customize business applications.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong expertise in Mendix low-code development, including data modeling, microflows, and custom widget development.
• Should be minimum Mendix Advance Certified.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Mendix (Platform).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies.
• Experience with modern frameworks and agile practices.
• Ability to design and implement scalable software solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques for various systems.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Mendix (Platform).
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
