Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of software applications tailored to meet specific business needs. The engineer acts as the main liaison for project-related communications, guiding the team through technical challenges and fostering collaboration to achieve successful outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Oversee the implementation of best practices and ensure adherence to project timelines and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX.
- Strong experience in designing and configuring cloud-based customer experience solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within cloud environments.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs related to cloud contact center platforms.
- Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-disciplinary teams to deliver scalable software solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
