Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational standards.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth.
• Continuously monitor and improve existing applications to enhance performance and user satisfaction. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
• Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise applications to meet business needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the application environment.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data migration processes related to Workday Core HCM.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and efficient solutions. Additional Information:
