• Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and performance.
• Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in TIBCO BusinessWorks.
• Experience in designing and developing integration solutions using TIBCO BusinessWorks.
• Strong understanding of service-oriented architecture and middleware technologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with agile software development practices and continuous integration processes.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Additional Information:
