The position emphasizes continuous improvement and innovation to meet evolving business needs while ensuring high performance and reliability of the delivered solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance functionality and performance.
• Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in their development tasks. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow App Engine.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Core Banking, ServiceNow.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and API development. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in ServiceNow App Engine.
