Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves leading the design, development, and configuration of tailored applications to meet project requirements. This role serves as the main liaison for project stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and coordination. The position requires overseeing the progress of application development, addressing challenges as they arise, and guiding the team towards delivering high-quality solutions. Collaboration with various teams and managing priorities to align with project goals are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering an environment of innovation and efficiency.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of application development activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to support their growth.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Experience Cloud, Salesforce Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Sales Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities and customization options.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable application architectures within Salesforce.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Salesforce implementations.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Salesforce with external systems.
• Skilled in optimizing user experience and performance within Salesforce applications.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
