Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices in software development to enhance team productivity and product quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment of project goals and timely delivery.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team to optimize workflows and technical approaches.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Strong experience in object-oriented programming and software design principles.
• Familiarity with modern development frameworks and agile software development practices.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Experience with debugging, testing, and performance optimization of software applications.
• Knowledge of version control systems and collaborative development workflows.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
