Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. The workday often includes collaborating with stakeholders to understand application demands and ensuring that the developed software meets the intended functionality and performance standards. Continuous refinement and adjustment of applications to adapt to evolving business environments are also key aspects of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
• Ensure the quality and reliability of applications through thorough testing and validation.
• Document application designs and configurations to support maintenance and future enhancements.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
• Experience in developing and customizing applications using Salesforce Omnistudio Platform components.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and configuration best practices.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to application development.
• Familiarity with integrating applications within complex business environments.
• Capability to optimize application performance and ensure scalability.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Salesforce Omnistudio Platform.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
