Summary: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that the software meets the needs of various stakeholders while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. You will engage with team members to facilitate smooth operations and contribute to the overall success of the project.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME.
• Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
• Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with project goals.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
• Strong understanding of software configuration management principles.
• Experience with software customization to meet specific business needs.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot software issues effectively.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
• This position is based at our Bhubaneswar office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
