Project Role : Custom Software Engineer Project Role Description : Develop custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. Use modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. Summary: Lead the Controlling stream (5 team members) within record to report team (60 resources) within a greenfield implementation. Lead the build, test & deploy phases for the following scope : CO Product costing, CO-PA, Transfer price via PaPM, Material ledger & parallel valuation. The next 12 months are focused on build : Configuration of the whole Controlling scope, tests & fix. And manage integration with other pods : PLan to fullfill (PM, TM, Logistics...) and Lead to Cash (SD). And with Innovate to Market (Team in charge of the CO PS) Support the data team in completing Data Conversion Tools for Controlling objects (Cost centers, profit centers etc...)

Job Title: Controlling Lead – SyWay Program (S/4 Delivery) Role Overview The Controlling Lead is the lead consultant responsible for delivering the controlling and transfer pricing scope within the SyWay S/4HANA program. The role ensures successful design and implementation of controlling processes, including advanced allocation and transfer pricing solutions (leveraging SAP PAPM), in close collaboration with the Syensqo Finance Lead. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end delivery of the controlling and transfer pricing scope within the S/4HANA program Translate business requirements into scalable S/4 controlling and PAPM-based solutions Co-drive solution design with the Syensqo Finance Lead, ensuring alignment with business and finance objectives Own configuration, integration, and testing of controlling processes (e.g., cost controlling, product costing, profitability analysis, allocations) Implement transfer pricing and allocation models, including SAP PAPM where applicable (expert available in the team) Ensure consistency and standardization across controlling processes, data models, and intercompany flows Manage and coordinate the controlling team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery Act as the main point of contact for controlling and transfer pricing topics across business and IT stakeholders Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive resolution Profile & Qualifications Strong expertise in controlling, finance, and transfer pricing concepts Deep knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Controlling (CO) experience with SAP PAPM is a strong asset Proven experience leading SAP S/4 implementations or large transformation programs Strong team leadership and stakeholder management skills Ability to bridge business and IT, translating requirements into practical solutions Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and cost management processes within SAP environments.
- Experience in customizing and configuring SAP CO modules to align with business requirements.
- Ability to analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into effective software solutions.
- Familiarity with integration techniques between SAP CO and other SAP modules or external systems.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP CO functionalities and performance.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
