Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices, ensuring that the applications you build align with the strategic goals of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with back-end frameworks and databases, ensuring seamless integration.
• Familiarity with version control systems, particularly Git, for effective collaboration. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
