This role requires taking ownership of the project s technical direction and serving as the main liaison for all application-related activities. The position demands coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and functionality, while continuously overseeing progress and addressing challenges to deliver effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the planning and execution of project deliverables to meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment.
• Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Genesys Cloud CX.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based customer experience platforms and their integration capabilities.
• Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software solutions within cloud environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex application issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Genesys Cloud CX.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
