You will engage in defining detailed requirements and participate in the design of applications that align with organizational processes. Your role includes continuous interaction with team members to ensure that the developed applications support and enhance business operations efficiently. Throughout the day, you will balance analytical thinking with creative problem-solving to contribute to the development of tailored software that meets evolving business demands. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and clarify application requirements.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on project tasks.
• Continuously evaluate existing processes and suggest improvements to enhance application performance.
• Document design specifications and maintain clear communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core Integrations.
• Experience with integration design patterns and middleware technologies related to Workday.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and software development methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve integration issues effectively.
• Familiarity with data mapping, transformation, and validation techniques within integration frameworks. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core Integrations.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
