Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, developing innovative solutions, and ensuring that applications are optimized for performance and usability. You will also participate in testing and debugging processes to ensure the highest quality of deliverables, while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement in application functionality and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for application development.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll, Workday Core Integrations.
• Experience with application design and development methodologies.
• Strong understanding of integration processes and data flow management.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and debugging techniques in application development. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Cloud Connect for Third Party Payroll.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
