• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.

• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation.
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience with coding standards, version control systems, and debugging techniques.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Familiarity with integration of cloud-based applications and data management.
• Competence in performance tuning and optimization of software components. Additional Information:
