Collaboration with different stakeholders and continuous refinement of software elements to enhance performance and functionality are integral parts of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.
• Experience in customizing and extending SAP S/4HANA modules to meet business requirements.
• Strong knowledge of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools within SAP environments.
• Competence in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to SAP S/4HANA. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA for Product Compliance.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A Min 15 years of full time education is required.
