Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project objectives and deliverables. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
• Experience with cloud-based integration patterns and middleware solutions.
• Strong knowledge of API management and service-oriented architecture.
• Ability to design and implement scalable integration workflows using modern tools.
• Familiarity with debugging and troubleshooting integration issues in complex environments.
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud integration scenarios. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Integration Services.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
