Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
• Continuously evaluate existing software components to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Document development processes and maintain clear communication channels within the team. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing custom solutions within enterprise resource planning environments.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to plant maintenance modules.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow between different system components.
• Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail and quality assurance. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM).
• This position is based at our Pune office.
