Your work is focused on addressing unique business requirements, continuously refining software to enhance performance and adaptability within dynamic project settings. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into effective software solutions.
• Maintain and update existing software components to improve functionality and resolve issues.
• Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management concepts and their application within software solutions.
• Experience with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect various enterprise systems.
• Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize software performance. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SCM APO Advanced Planning & Optimization.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
