Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
• Continuously evaluate and improve existing software components to enhance performance and maintainability.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management.
• Strong understanding of cloud-based human capital management systems and their integration points.
• Experience in customizing and extending Oracle HCM Cloud modules to meet business needs.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues within absence and leave management processes.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle and agile methodologies. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Absence/Leave Management.
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
