Working within an agile environment, the engineer focuses on delivering scalable and efficient solutions that meet unique business requirements, ensuring that the software aligns with evolving project goals and client expectations. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
• Maintain and update existing software components to improve reliability and performance.
• Document software designs, processes, and code changes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding project requirements and technical challenges. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in OpenText ECM Tools.
• Experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Familiarity with integration of enterprise content management systems.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Additional Information:
