This position focuses on addressing specific business requirements through innovative software enhancements and continuous collaboration to meet evolving project goals. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Maintain and improve existing software components to enhance system reliability and performance.
• Document development processes and solutions to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• Strong programming skills in relevant languages and frameworks used within Siemens MES environments.
• Experience with software development lifecycle processes including design, testing, and deployment.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and tools to support iterative delivery.
• Good understanding of system integration and data flow within manufacturing execution systems. Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Siemens Manufacturing Execution System (MES).
• This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
