• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain and enhance existing software components to improve performance and reliability.
• Document development processes and solutions to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices. Professional & Technical Skills:
• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP for Utilities Cust Financial Mgt FICA.
• Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern programming frameworks.
• Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance tuning of software applications.
• Good understanding of integration techniques and data flow within complex systems.
• Capability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Additional Information:
